HOW IT WORKS

Collect, process, and review

1

Forward delivery notes

Forward delivery-note dockets to the production's inbound address. Supplier dockets and courier proof-of-delivery emails are both supported.
2

Vehicle and route are captured

Vehicle class, origin, destination, and supplier are extracted from the docket. Each vehicle class, van, rigid HGV, articulated HGV, carries its own DEFRA 2024 per-km factor.
3

Deliveries log automatically

Dockets forwarded from a trusted sender are read and, when the extraction is confident, enter the footprint on a vehicle-km basis straight away. Anything unclear, or from a sender not yet trusted, waits in the review queue rather than being dropped.

WHY IT MATTERS

Deliveries to set, the steady stream of dockets from suppliers, are routinely omitted from carbon submissions because no one collects the dockets systematically. Vehicle class is what makes the difference: an articulated HGV is roughly four times the per-kilometre carbon of a medium van. Capturing the actual vehicle from the docket turns a wrap-period guess into a recorded fact.
