Flights
LiveForward flight confirmations from any carrier or travel agent. Passengers, routes, dates, and cabin class are extracted automatically. CO₂e computed via DEFRA passenger-km factors.
Accommodation
LiveHotel confirmations from Booking.com, Expedia, or direct. HCMI lookup matches named properties to published per-night carbon values; regional averages fill the rest.
Freight
LiveCourier and shipping confirmations: DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, film couriers. Mode, weight, and distance feed DEFRA factors for road, air, sea, and rail freight.
Deliveries
LiveDelivery-note dockets from suppliers and couriers. Vehicle class, route, and supplier are extracted automatically. CO₂e computed per delivery from current DEFRA vehicle-km factors.
Catering
LiveInvoices, menus, waste logs. Handwritten and printed inputs are handled automatically. Per-meal-type extraction including dietary splits and waste destinations.
Energy
LiveGenerator fuel logged daily by sparks or at wrap from rental invoices. Photo-of-gauge supported. Diesel, HVO, biodiesel, battery, grid: DEFRA factors applied per fuel type.
Crew Transport
LiveProduction vehicle journeys synced from DriveOps. CO₂e per journey using DVLA vehicle data or DEFRA fuel-type factors. No crew input required.
Crew Travel
LiveCrew commute from home postcodes to daily set parking. HR uploads roster once; parking locations entered per shoot day. DEFRA per-km factors by mode.
Materials
LiveArt, construction, and costume purchases with disposal routes. Merchant receipts forwarded by email or photographed. Current DEFRA embodied carbon factors per category.
Equipment
LiveCamera, lighting, grip, and sound package rentals with amortised carbon factors. Rental confirmations forwarded or entered manually. ADEME and DEFRA methodology.
Post-Production
LiveSession logging for edit suites, VFX facilities, and render farms. ADEME audiovisual proxies applied per session type and duration. Covers workstations, render nodes, and cooling load.
Transport Receipts
LiveBulk import of fuel receipts by CSV or photograph. Diesel, petrol, HVO, biodiesel, electric, CNG: current DEFRA factors applied per fuel type. Supplements DriveOps for vehicles not yet tracked.
Waste
LiveTransfer notes, ABP movement documents, and supplier waste report sheets forwarded by email or uploaded. Per-line stream and disposal route, weight in kilograms, and current DEFRA treatment factors applied per (stream, route).

Email data and extracted content are retained for audit access. Anonymisation of personal data (crew names, passenger details), full production export, and account deletion are available on request.
Encrypted & Rate-Limited
Passwords hashed with bcrypt. All API routes rate-limited. Session tokens with sliding 30-day expiry. Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256. No secrets in URLs.
Role-based Access
Superadmin, Admin, and Reviewer roles. Reviewers see only productions they're explicitly linked to. Admins manage their own productions. Access is scoped at the query level, never just the UI.
Full Audit Trail
Every state change is logged: confirm, reject, edit, re-run, each with actor, timestamp, before/after values. Exportable with the submission package. Your audit trail, not ours.
